  • Do you have a delivery charge?
  • Yes, a standard delivery charge within the UK mainland will only be applicable. The courier responsible for dispatching all of our orders is Royal Mail or DHL. If you want to use other carrier for your order, please contact us and provide your Order ID in your email.

  • What payment methods can I use?
  • We accept Paypal only. However, You can pay using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro through Paypal. If you want to use other payment methods, you could contact us through the contact us form.

  • How do I change or Cancel my order?
  • In order to cancel or change your order you will be required to contact our customer service team.
  • Please provide your order id and product of your order.
  • In the likelihood that your item has already been dispatched from our warehouse and you required a refund you would be charged a administration fee. But If your item does not dispatched then there is no any fee to charge.

  • How long does delivery take?
  • Please note that our standard dispatched time is 3-5 working days.
  • Some product need more time to proccessing, We will indicate this in our product page. It you do not received your product in 7 days, You could contact us through contact us form, please provide your Order ID in your Email.

  • About next day delivery service?
  • Sorry, We don't provide this service. But you could order from our store in amazon.com and ebay.com too, please contact us and provide the SKU of product you would to order. Attention, Some product is not sold in amazon or ebay store.

  • How can I return my product?
  • In order to return your product you will be required to contact our customer service team.
  • We will be happy to issue you with a refund or exchange if required.

  • Some time it may need more time to dispatch your product. If you do not receive your item after 15 days, Please contact our customer service team or drop us an email, we will investigate the matter further and get back in touch with you asap.
